ABOUT EMILY

My love for art was discovered in 2014 when I took a leap of faith and changed my major to photography in college. I found my attention to detail and opinions about color and composition to be an asset in the art world. Over the years, film photography has become a passion of mine. My Mamiya 645-AFD and Nikkormat FTn cameras are a constant companion to each photoshoot.

Education & Training:

I graduated with my Bachelors of Fine Art of Photography from Brigham Young University Idaho.

Following graduation, I worked as a Scanning Technician and then a Black & White Film Editor at  The FIND Lab for three years.

Since 2014 I have continued to carry out my own photography business of photographing families, events, individual portraits and more!

Current Obsessions:

Slow jazz, embroidery, garden roses
